Brad has dual administrative responsibility serving
as Chair of the Center of 4-H Youth Development on the North Dakota
State University Campus and as District Director, which includes county
office chair/department head, of the Cass County office of the NDSU
Extension Service also located in Fargo. In addition to his
administrative responsibilities, he serves as an Extension Agent in the
agricultural subject area. He is a member of the National
Association of Extension 4-H Agents, National Association of County
Agriculture Agents and the Upsilon Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi.
Brad is also a former vocational agriculture teacher.

Dean works with the North Dakota Winter Show and the North Dakota State

Adrian
provides programmatic leadership for 4-H youth development educational
experiences that includes a focus on the agricultural and environmental
sciences areas. He will also provide specialist support to the Outdoor
Skills (including the Shooting Sports program) and the 4-H camping

leadership for the coordination of programs in the areas of Science,
Engineering and Technology and WALK ND. She is also the contact
for 4-H Consumer Choices. She is a member of the National SET Committee,

Phi. |

Sharon provides leadership for educational programs in the areas of
positive youth development, character education, adolescent development,
and school readiness. She serves as the advisor for the North Dakota
4-H Ambassadors and provides program support for the Extension Youth
Conference. She is a member of the National Association of Extension 4-H
Agents and the Upsilon Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Phi.

Rachelle provides leadership for
educational programs in the areas of leadership development,
interpersonal communications, ethics, group process, conflict
resolution, understanding generations, diversity and volunteer
development. Fifty percent of her work is done with the NDSU
Extension Center for 4-H Youth Development and 50% is with the NDSU
Extension Center for Community Vitality. She is also the advisor
for NDSU Collegiate 4-H, co-chair of the ND Change Agent States for
Diversity project and the contact for National 4-H Conference and
National 4-H Congress. |

Fishing sports coordinator
includes development and implementation of resources for volunteers to
use in helping youth learn life skills related to outdoor recreation.
This will enhance youth and adult partnerships and provide an atmosphere
where youth can learn from experienced volunteers. Training will be
offered to volunteers for hands-on experience with a number of trunks
that can be checked out and used with youth organizations. |

Dave will help with the
trainings and events involving shooting sports in western North Dakota.
He is a state certified shotgun instructor and will teach shotgun to
volunteers in shooting sports training. He will be the contact for
the shooting sports trailer in western North Dakota.
