PARENTS FOREVER:

Parents Forever is a research-based educational program designed to help parents through the process of making informed, child-supportive decisions during separation and divorce. Parents Forever educates parents to take positive action toward four goals:

1. Putting the best interest of their children first
2. Permitting children access to both parents,
    when safe to do so
3. Avoiding conflicts in front of their children
4. Avoiding putting their children in the middle

GEARING UP FOR KINDERGARTEN:
A program for 4-year-old children who will enter kindergarten in the Fall of 2009. Children will explore science, math, sensory development, motor skills and reading activities. Parent education topics include parenting styles, brain development, raising a reader, choosing effective discipline techniques, media wise, responsibility and the importance of sleep.

NURTURING PARENTING PROGRAM:

Nurturing is for families with children ages birth through five years.

The Nurturing Parenting Program teaches both parents and children how to:
-handle feelings
-communicate needs
-be empathetic
-take charge of one's own behavior
-have fun with others
-establish nurturing routines for regular family times such as bed and mealtimes
-handle stress and anger
-give and receive health touch
