WHY:   Two Reasons

This is  a Fundraiser for Local Clubs to earn funds to use for community service projects,  4-H project work and 4-H activities. The club profit will be sent to each club to use for your club’s 4-H activities.

Order Deadlines:

As soon as possible

+ Distribute fruit order forms to 4-H families.

+ Money is collected when fruit is delivered.

+ Write In Make Checks Payable to:   YOUR LOCAL CLUB

Friday, March 7, 2008 , 4-H families return order forms to 4-H Club Leader

+ 4-H Families are responsible for the ACCURACY of YOUR TOTALS!!!        

Tuesday, March 11, 2008 , 4-H Club Leaders return YELLOW CLUB MASTER COPY order form to   4-H Office (one order for entire club).

+ CLUB LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF YOUR  TOTALS!!!

Fruit Delivery:

* Date: Thursday, March 27, 2008 + late afternoon

LOCATION: Red River Valley Fairgrounds, West Fargo - Front (east) entrance of Schollander

SORTING TIME: Will be announced when I have an exact delivery time.

VOLUNTEERS TO SORT:  Each club responsible to send one volunteer to sort and take club’s fruit order.

* Collect money when fruit is delivered.

* Checks payable to:   YOUR LOCAL CLUB

Wednesday, April 2, 2008, 4-H Families: Money/order form returned to Club Leader

Monday, April 7, 2008, Club leader delivers check to 4-H Office

ONE CHECK: Payable to Cass County 4-H Council
