Class 41 - 4-H Banners

(Open To All 4-Her's)

4-H'ers will have the opportunity to display fabric banners at the Red River Valley Fair and State Fair. Banners should be pre-registered in the same way as the other exhibits. Ten banners will be selected at the State Fair as part of an exhibit to be used for future state and county events. Banners can be a good way to promote the 4-H program.
