In an effort to
promote a professional appearance by 4-H members, it is recommended
that: * Shirt or blouse be a solid colored crew neck t-shirt, polo shirt, or Henley-type.
* The clover can be stitched, silk-screened, fused or securely fastened using a Velcro type fastener or fabric spray adhesive. * Visible pins (safety and stick) are not an acceptable method of attachment. If used, they should securely fasten all sides of the chevron/emblem and the pins should be placed on the inside of the garment.
* 4-H members should NOT wear short shorts or short skirts, tops that are sleeveless, low-
cut, or ones that allow the midriff to show. * Shirts should be of sufficient length to be tucked into the jeans, slacks, shorts or skirt.
