Fair Etiquette Guidelines

  • Please allow enough time to get your exhibits judged.  Do not expect to be done in an hour especially if you have several exhibits.

  • Please come at your club’s scheduled judging time unless you  have a conflict.

  • Place your projects in the Exhibit Holding Area before picking  up your exhibit tags.

  • Please discard unused exhibit tags in the Discard Box at registration table. This is very important!

  • Keep an appropriate distance from the judging table while you wait. Give others their privacy.

  • No more than two exhibits judged at one time by the same judge. If you have more exhibits, you must get back in line.

  • The conference judging experience is for the 4-H member.  Parents, please relax and go have a cup of coffee.

  • Please leave the 4-H Building at the 7:00 pm closing time unless you are working!

  • PLEASE do not come to the 4-H building on Display Day (day after judging) to look for champion ribbons.  If you'd like to  come that day, PLEASE feel free to sign-up to help display the projects nicely so EVERYONE can enjoy them!!!!
