Please allow enough time to get your exhibits judged.  Do not expect to be done in an hour especially if you have several exhibits.

Please come at your club’s scheduled judging time unless you  have a conflict.

Place your projects in the Exhibit Holding Area before picking  up your exhibit tags.

Please discard unused exhibit tags in the Discard Box at registration table. This is very important!

Keep an appropriate distance from the judging table while you wait. Give others their privacy. 

No more than two exhibits judged at one time by the same judge. If you have more exhibits, you must get back in line.

The conference judging experience is for the 4-H member.  Parents, please relax and go have a cup of coffee.

Please leave the 4-H Building at the 7:00 pm closing time unless you are working!

PLEASE do not come to the 4-H building on Display Day (day after judging) to look for champion ribbons.  If you'd like to  come that day, PLEASE feel free to sign-up to help display the projects nicely so EVERYONE can enjoy them!!!!
