9-Day 4-H Exhibitor Pass            $10.00 (includes gate & grandstand event)

9-Day 4-H Parent/Leader Pass  $15.00 (includes gate & grandstand event)

Daily Passes

5 & Under                                    Free

Junior (6-11)                                  $3.00 (includes gate & grandstand event)

Adults (12 & Older)                        $7.00 (includes gate & grandstand event)

Pre-Registration of Exhibits 

Postmarked by Friday, June 19, 2009

1. All exhibits must be pre-registered on the green registration form included in exhibit book. 

2. Late entries will be accepted and youth will be judged, but they will forfeit premium monies.  

4-H Judging Day 

Wednesday, July 8

4-H exhibits interview judged - Hartl Ag Building.

1. Check In at the Registration Desk at the East Side of the Hartl Ag Building to pick up your:
      * exhibit tags
      * picnic tickets for you & immediate family ONLY
      * purchase 4-H passes

2. Parking:
      * Enter fairgrounds through the MAIN GATE (#1).
      * Designated Parking on East Side of Hartl Ag Building.

3. Important: Exhibit tags will be attached to your exhibit at the time you are interview judged by the judging assistant.

Release Day for Exhibits 

1. 4-H Building static exhibits will be released by club for Cass County and by county for other exhibitors:
     * Sunday, July 19   5:00 - 8:00 pm

2. Exhibits taken out prior to these dates will forfeit premiums.

3. Premium checks will be mailed to each exhibitor.

4. Exhibits not picked up by 8:00 PM, Sunday, July 19 will remain on the fairgrounds at the exhibitors risk!!

5. Any project left after 30 days will be disposed of.
