Pre-Registration of
Exhibits
-
All exhibits must be
pre-registered on the green registration form included in exhibit
book.

Pre-registration
deadline for exhibits must be postmarked by Wednesday, May 28, 2008. Late
entries will be accepted and youth will be judged, but they will forfeit
premium monies.

All pre-registration
forms are returned to the Red River Valley Fair Office, PO Box 797, West
Fargo, ND 58078-0797.

Entry Day Information
-
Wednesday, June 11 is
the day all 4-H youth’s static exhibits will be interview judged at
the Hartl Ag Building.
-
Check In
at the Registration Desk at the
East Side
of the Hartl Ag Building to pick up your:
* exhibit tags
* picnic tickets for you & immediate family ONLY

Parking:
(Refer to Map in FairBook)
* Enter fairgrounds through the MAIN GATE (#1).
* Designated Parking on East
Side of Hartl Ag Building.

Important:
Exhibit tags will be attached to your exhibit at the time you are
interview judged by the judging assistant.

Release Day for
Exhibits

4-H Building static
exhibits and premium checks will be released by club for Cass County and by county for other
exhibitors:
* Sunday, June 22 2:00 - 5:00 pm

Exhibits taken out
prior to these dates will forfeit premiums.

Exhibits not picked up
by 5:00 PM, Sunday, June 22 will remain on the fairgrounds at the
exhibitors risk!!

Any project left after
30 days will be disposed of.
