Schedule For The Day: 

Variety Show Rehearsal (required) ………………………. …… 2:00 - 5:00pm                 

Carnival Booth Setup …………………..…………………………2:00 - 2:45pm                 

Carnival Ticket Sales ……………………..………………………2:00 - 4:45pm                 

Carnival ………………………………..……..…………………….3:00 - 5:00pm                 

Variety Show …………………………………....…………………6:00 - 7:30pm

Food Stand - NC Go Getters

Raffle Tickets:

P All clubs receive 10% of THEIR ticket sales.

P Top five ticket salespersons receive $25, $20, $15, $10 & $5 respectively.

            You cannot combine ticket sales of youth in one family.

P The 4-H Leader’s Executive Board highly encourages EACH 4-H family to sell at least

          TWO books of tickets.

P ALL youth and parents need a raffle ticket that is good for admission to both the Carnival

           and Variety Show.

P If you forget or lose your ticket, you MUST purchase a new one.

Raffle Tickets Return Procedure

All leaders need to return the following items the day of the event from 2:00 to 4:30pm.

1.   Club raffle ticket form

2.   ALL unsold raffle tickets from club

3.   Stubs of sold raffle tickets from club

4.   ONE check for all sold tickets from club
