ì  Basic registration fee, including lunch & all supplies, is $13.00 per 4-H’er.

í   An additional fee of $3.50 each will be assessed for the solar light wood project and the quilting project. If these apply to you, please check the correct box on the registration form and add in the additional fee. If the class is full, your extra fee will be returned.

í   Refunds will be given only if event is cancelled. Payment MUST accompany registration form. Space will not be reserved until payment is received.

î   Be sure to send registrations in as soon as possible as participation is limited.  Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

ï      Please note age requirements in the description. Following these guidelines will insure a positive learning experience for each member. Ramsey County Extension reserves the right to place 4-H members in age appropriate sessions if the registration form does not reflect this.

ì   4-Hers under the age of 12 must have one chaperone for every three members. The chaperone must remain in the building and be assisting children during projects.

í   All adults attending please notify the Ramsey County Extension Office for lunch count.   $1.00 charge for adults attending.

î   Each participant will receive a schedule for the day upon arrival.

 

Û      Come prepared to be part of a large group experience. We are not responsible for lost articles. You will be given a bag and name label to mark the bag.
