60th Taylor Farm Institute

Plan to attend the 60th Annual Taylor Farm Institute on Wednesday, February 13, at the Taylor School. The program will start at 9:30 a.m. with coffee and registration. Lunch will be served at 12 Noon. Sponsors are the Taylor Lions Club, Taylor Community, and the Stark-Billings Extension Office.
10 a.m. "Variety & Sawfly Update," Eric Eriksmoen, Agronomist, NDSU Hettinger Research Extension Center.
11 a.m. "Crop Insurance: What’s New for 2008," Curt Christofferson, NAU County Crop Insurance.
12:45 p.m. "What is the Value of Manure as Fertilizer?" Teresa Dvorak, Livestock Nutrition Management Specialist, NDSU Dickinson Research Extension Center.
1:15 p.m. "Animal Health Identification Needs," Dr. Susan Keller, North Dakota State Veterinarian.
2 p.m. "Have We Changed? 2005 Beef Quality Audit," Lisa Pederson, NDSU Beef Quality Assurance Specialist.
