What is the Family Nutrition Program?

This program provides low income households in Griggs/Steele/Traill Counties with information on food, nutrition, food safety, cooking and food purchasing.

Newsletters:

Participants in this program receive newsletters with recipes, food related articles, and information on upcoming classes for children and adults.

Classes:

The program offers classes in groups or one-on-one sessions. The classes provide educational information, but also consist of games, discussions, hands-on activities, and lots of fun. The classes and information are FREE.
