WALK ND Walking Challenge
Are you looking for a challenge to get more physical activity and have a healthier lifestyle? Why not sign up to take the Walk ND challenge. Join hundreds of others from all over the country as they get out and walk trying to reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day for at least five days a week. Check it out at www.walknd.com The current eight week walking challenge runs January 13 - March 8, 2008.
