Situation Statement:

Andrew wants a gift card for his grandparents Christmas gift. His grandparents live in Texas and do not use the Internet so he wants a gift card that his grandparents can use where they live. He doesn’t want them to have to pay a fee for using the gift card and he wants no expiration date. His grandparents like to go out to eat meals in restaurants.
