WALK ND Walking Challenge
Are you looking for a challenge to get more physical activity and have a healthier lifestyle? Why not sign up to take the Walk ND challenge. Join hundreds of others from all over the country as they get out and walk trying to reach a goal of 10,000 steps a day for at least five days a week. Check it out at www.walknd.com The current eight week walking challenge runs April 13 - June 7, 2008.

4-H Consumer Choices Contest
The Williams County Consumer Choices contest will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10 in the 2nd floor conference room of the Williams County Courthouse. Please register with the Williams County Extension Office by June 3. Call 701-577-4592.

Upper Missouri Valley Fair

The Williams County Extension Office represents a partnership between the North Dakota State Extension Service and Williams County.
