A workshop on dormant seeding of canola is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 28, at North Dakota State University's North Central Research Extension Center at Minot. The two-hour workshop will start at 9:30 a.m.
Topics on the program are results of research on dormant seeding, weed control strategies, pest concerns with dormant seeding, and the dos and don'ts of dormant seeding.
The program will be conducted by center staff Mark Zarnstorff, Brian Jenks, Jan Knodel and Kent McKay.
