Where: North Dakota State University campus in Fargo, N.D.

When: June 18-21,2001

Who: Youth ages 13 to 19 years old from across North Dakota, in addition to the North Dakota 4-H Ambassadors, ages 16 to 22 years old.

Why: An excellent opportunity to cover youth leadership and citizenship activities
