Beef Management Workshop Scheduled for North Star Classic Event (11/19/01) North Dakota State University specialists will offer a beef management workshop Sunday, Dec. 2, during the North Star Classic livestock event in Valley City. The free workshop will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Winter Show building.
