The free workshop will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Winter Show building. During the program, NDSU Extension Service beef specialist Greg Lardy will review research at NDSU on feeding agricultural processing byproducts to beef cattle. Manny Encinias, NDSU research assistant, will discuss the process of developing replacement heifers for the beef herd.
