Meyer Retracts Comments about Minnesota Valley Alfalfa ProducersDuring his presentation on "Alfalfa as a Cash Crop" at the Fargo Ag Show at the FargoDome Dec. 3, 2002, North Dakota State University professor Dwain Meyer erroneously stated that the Minnesota Valley Alfalfa Producers (MnVAP) of Willmar, Minn., may be a defunct organization. This statement was in error. The NDSU Extension Service and Meyer retract the statement and apologizes to MnVAP and its board of directors.
