The third annual International Crop Expo will be held Feb. 19-20 at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks. The expo provides educational opportunities for area producers and agribusinesses, along with farm machinery exhibits and commercial booths. Each day will offer three sets of concurrent sessions in the morning with keynote speakers and panels scheduled for the afternoon. It is open to the public with free admission and free parking.

The show opens at 8 a.m. each day with coffee and registration. The sessions will start at 9 a.m., with a choice of potato, soybean/dry bean or small grain programs. The panel discussions and keynote speakers will start at 1 p.m. and continue until 2:45 p.m. The show will remain open until 5 p.m. to allow for exhibit viewing.

NDSU Extension Service specialists will speak during the programs. On Feb. 19, Rudy Radke, NDSU crops specialist, will speak during the small grain program on high value crops for N.D. and Minn. Rich Zollinger, NDSU weed specialist, will give a soybean/drybean weed update on Feb. 20 and Ted Helm will also give an update on NDSU’s soybean variety.
