Native Plant Summit in Fargo will Focus on Planning Native LandscapesPlanning native landscapes, both urban and rural, is the theme for this year's annual Native Plant Summit in Fargo, Sept. 16-18. The public is invited to attend and interact with a host of native plant enthusiasts who will share information relating to urban landscaping, xeriscape, lakescaping, grassland management, native revegetation, seed sources, and seed production. The annual summit is organized by the Northern Great Plains Section of the Society for Range Management. Registration for the event is $75 and includes 2 lunches, 1 snack buffet, break refreshments, transportation for the all day tour, and proceedings. Registration is limited to 300 participants.
