2004 Soil and Soil Water Workshop

A Soil and Soil Water Workshop will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at the Ramada Plaza Suites and Conference Center in Fargo. The program will feature six hours of educational sessions on timely soil and soil fertility issues and is sponsored by the North Dakota State University Extension Service.

Included in the program will be sessions on the origin, hydrology and remediation of salinity, an in-depth look at the soil survey process, new changes and rationale for changes in the NDSU fertilizer recommendations, deep, strip and no-till tillage systems, precision agriculture, micronutrient sources and more.
