4-H Foundation Board Elects Directors and Officers

Paul Schlosser of Fargo was elected chair of the North Dakota 4-H Foundation Board at its annual meeting held recently in Jamestown. Other officers elected were: Jon Norstog, Fargo, First Vice-Chair; Duane Hauck, Fargo, Second Vice-Chair; Julie Burgum, Casselton, Third Vice-Chair; and Ramona Shirley, Fargo, Fourth Vice-Chair.

Newly elected members of the board of directors were Helen Dahlke of Alamo, Lavina Damagala of Williston and Marcy Hansen of Ryder. Rodney Dannehl of Dickinson, Jim Sailer of Almont, and Mary Thompson of Sanborn were elected to the board at the June meeting.

The North Dakota 4-H Foundation develops and promotes 4-H programs for youth and adults that enable them to reach their fullest potential. More than 50,000 young people participated in 4-H activities in North Dakota last year. The Foundation provides financial support for more than 30 different programs and activities across North Dakota.
