September 22, 2005 Dairy Beef Conference Set for Nov. 2-3 The Managing and Marketing Quality Holstein Steers Conference will be Nov. 2-3 at the Kahler Grand Hotel in Rochester, Minn. The 1 1/2-day program is for producers, consultants, nutritionists, buyers, university Extension Service educators and anyone else involved in the dairy beef industry. This meeting will focus on academic research related to dairy beef production and nationwide expertise from industry professionals and producers, according to J.W. Schroeder, Extension Service dairy cattle specialist at North Dakota State University.
