Pesticide Division Update

The following information was obtained from the North Dakota
Department of Agriculture database.  These are the inspection and
enforcement actions for fiscal year 1995.  The pesticide
division's fiscal year is from October 1 to September 30.  The
1996 fiscal year began on October 1, 1995.

Department inspectors will be inspecting pesticide dealers and
applicators during the winter and early spring.  The 1995
legislature combined the State Health Department Registration
Division with the Department of Agriculture.  Department
inspectors will also be obtaining feed samples, fertilizer
samples and inspecting livestock medicines.  Your cooperation
