Carbyne tolerance expires January 1, 1998 The tolerance for barban (Carbyne) expires on January 1, 1998. That means that no commodity can have Carbyne residues after that date. Please inform your growers to get any remaining Carbyne used up in 1996 and get that crop marketed at the latest in 1997. It would be better to have the remaining Carbyne used up than to have to dispose of it via project Safe Send. Please use up the remaining Carbyne even if you have to give it away.
