Focus of recent research efforts include agribusiness education, and agribusiness marketing and management, particularly that related to the livestock and meat industry and biotechnology. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate courses in agricultural sales and marketing, and team teaching a graduate course in agribusiness strategy. Cheryl works with the Agribusiness Club, CERES Women’s Fraternity, and the French Exchange Program. She serves as Vice President of the Northland Educator’s Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.
