  • The web is a constantly moving target. You are never done. Content must be updated regularly.

  • Small teams usually develop the best web materials.

  • Have a web gardener for your site. Maintenance is a cheap way to enhance the content of your site.
    • weed out old and outdated information
    • replant new and existing information
    • link new files to existing files

  • Test! Test! Test! If you want your site to be accessible to everyone... TEST!
    • old machines, new machines, Macs, PCs
    • different browsers and all versions of those browsers
    • modem transfer
