successful web site
- Determine your audience.
- identify the users
- identify the computer equipment they use
- research what the customers want (not what you
think they want)
- find out how they want their information
- find out what they use the information for
- never assume you know who your audience is and what
they want
- Design sites appropriate for the markets you
serve.
- design for the lowest common denominator in equipment
- Create a virtual community for users.
