Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. Beginning October 3, this class series meets every Thursday for six weeks. Class size is limited and registration is required. No class fees. National Diabetes Prevention Program

This lifestyle change program includes education and support for people with prediabetes and those at a high risk for prediabetes, and is designed to help people lose weight, be more active, and to prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes.
