Stepping On

Stepping On is a program that has been researched and proven to reduce falls in older people.

It consists of a workshop that meets for two hours a week for seven weeks. Workshops are led by Bev Voller, Emmons County Public Health and Acacia Stuckle, NDSU Extension – Emmons County. In addition, local guest experts provide information on exercise, vision, safety, and medications.

The program runs from August 26 – October 7, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Linton Senior Center.

Parents Forever­™ is a research-based educational program that puts parents on the path to minimizing stress for themselves and their children. Participants learn how to make informed, child-supportive decisions so children will come through separation or divorce having a positive relationship with both parents vs. feeling caught in the middle of their conflict.
